UFCW Local 700 and Kroger have reached a new, fully recommended tentative agreement (TA) for our South Bend area members.
Once approved, the new three year contract will create a better, more secure future for Kroger workers and their families and includes the following provisions:
- Increases top pay $2.85 over the term of the agreement
- Provides retro compensation for all associates dated to October 26, 2025
- Protects quality, affordable health care for members and your families
- Guarantees no increase to weekly co-premiums over the life of the agreement
- Adds full health care coverage for Spouses
- Adds lifesaving coverage for transplant procedures
- Increases short-term disability pay
- Improves language for daily claiming to maximize hours
