Members Once Again Reject Kroger Indy Contract

Thank you to all the members who participated in the vote. The tentative agreement with Kroger has been rejected for a second time, and we want you to know: your feedback is heard, and your concerns matter.

As your union, our goal remains the same—to settle a fair contract at the bargaining table. We remain committed to negotiating in good faith with Kroger and using every opportunity to secure improvements that reflect the hard work and value each of you brings to the job.

This process takes time, and it’s normal to feel disappointed or frustrated. But a rejected agreement does not mean we’re at a dead end. It means we go back to the table, regroup, and continue working toward a deal that meets your expectations.

We want to be clear: our focus is, and always will be, on achieving the best outcome for workers without unnecessary conflict or disruption. We’re here to represent your interests—and we’ll continue doing that with transparency, determination, and unity.

Let’s stay engaged, stay informed, and move forward—together.
