Important Update for UFCW700 Members at Kroger re COVID-19

Our members are the best in the business – thanks to the grocery professionals of UFCW Local 700 for continuing to serve the public during these challenging times. 

For our members working in Kroger stores:

The Company is working on a new hiring process that will permit folks to start sooner in an effort to meet demand.

Store hours have been adjusted to 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The implementation of the new attendance policy has been temporarily suspended.

For anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 and for Kroger workers placed under mandatory quarantine by their medical provider or by a public health authority because of COVID-19, eligible employees will receive their standard pay for up to two weeks (14 days). Should you be unable to return to work after 14 days, additional paid time off may be available through your Short-Term Disability (STD) benefit.
